This position allows those who enjoy interaction with our guests an opportunity to excel! This position involves promoting outstanding guest relations in a friendly and helpful environment whether it be addressing a concern or issuing complimentary vouchers to one of our fine restaurants. The Casino Rama Player Services team works together to ensure all of our patrons' needs are exceeded.
Open and maintain new player accounts, obtain player profile, issue players cards for patrons, educate players on benefits of Player Passport card
Screen player ratings to provide information on complimentaries to players
Perform inventory control of all promotional materials
Handle customer concerns or complaints for immediate solution
Must directly or indirectly provide for superior customer service and always promote excellent employee relations with co-worker
May be required to work the casino floor, attending to player needs
May be required to greet buses and give presentations to tour and travel groups
May be required to work box office for ticket sales and complementary redemption
Perform other duties as assigned
